Sensory Program Technical & Quality Lead

What you’ll do:

You’ll be our go-to expert in objective sensory methods while leading both people and programs. This is a highly visible role with real impact on how we work and deliver for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead best practices in descriptive analysis and discrimination testing
  • Strengthen and evolve our Product Understanding frameworks and tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring science to life in client work
  • Coach and develop a small team of sensory scientists and analysts
  • Build internal capability through training, mentorship, and collaboration

What You Bring

  • Deep expertise in sensory science and objective testing methods
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading projects and influencing across teams
  • A passion for developing people and improving how teams work

Background

  • Bachelor’s (advanced degree preferred) in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sensory evaluation, sensory science or related field; Spectrum sensory panel management and sensory technical coaching preferred. Education may substitute for experience.
