Course Description

In this lively one day course, get the inside information for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting creatively articulate consumers, with specifics on developing screeners, conducting articulation interviews and designing mock sessions. Discuss the characteristics of articulately creative consumers and how to consider both behaviors and attitudes of individuals as well as group dynamics and the benefits of including participants having different points of view. Then, play the role of a newly formed panel and experience several introductory exercises aimed at breaking the ice and for enhancing creative thinking and problem solving skills.
