Focus Groups
Do you want to understand the consumer's response to your product, package or concept? Do want to discover the language of each of your target markets?
Focus groups are a way to gather feedback from your consumer prior to the launch of a product. A moderator guides the discussion of consumers who are free to interact and respond with their opinions about the product, idea, or package. The typical focus group has 6 - 12 respondents and lasts approximately 90 minutes. We offer several types of focus group structures including dual moderators, mini-focus groups with 4 - 6 respondents, client participant focus groups, and professional/expert focus groups where the participants are experts in their field (i.e, doctors, dentists, etc.).
